Any individual or entity using StreamlineREI’s services, including registered users, visitors, and business users.

Material available on StreamlineREI, including user-generated content (reviews, feedback), platform content (blog posts, tutorials), and third-party content (data from partners). 

2.4 “Personal Information” 

Data identifying an individual, such as names, contact info, and payment details, as well as technical data (IP addresses, cookies). 

2.5 “Third-Party Service Providers”

  • Lead Tracking: Track lead status with automated follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed. 
  • Customizable Workflows: Design workflows to automate follow-up emails and appointment scheduling tasks.

By using StreamlineREI services, you agree to act lawfully, responsibly, and respectfully toward our platform, policies, and other users.

Ensure all activities comply with applicable laws, including real estate, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA). Non-compliance may lead to service suspension or legal action. 

4.2 Accountability for User Activity 

You are responsible for actions taken with your account, including authorized or unauthorized use. Ensure security by using strong passwords and reporting breaches promptly. 

4.3 Accurate Information 

Provide accurate and current information for account registration and keep it updated. Misrepresentation can result in suspension or legal action. 

4.4 Prohibited Actions

Illegal use, distributing malware, exploiting system vulnerabilities, unauthorized data access, or inappropriate conduct (harassment, hate speech) is forbidden and may result in immediate termination and legal consequences.

Avoid overburdening system resources or violating API usage guidelines. Excessive consumption or misuse may lead to suspended access. 

4.6 Termination of Access 

StreamlineREI may terminate your access without notice for law violations, security threats, or prohibited behavior. Legal action may be taken for severe or repeated breaches. 

5. Account Registration

Creating a user account is mandatory to access LeadSmart AI’s full suite of services. By registering, you agree to the following terms: 

5.1 Confidentiality and Security of Credentials 

  • Confidentiality: Keep your login information confidential; do not share your username or password. 
  • Secure Password Practices: Use a strong password with upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Update your password regularly. 
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA for enhanced security. 

5.2 Responsibility for Account Activity 

  • Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities under your account, including transactions and communications. 
  • Reporting Unauthorized Access: Report any suspected unauthorized access to LeadSmart AI immediately. 
  • Liability for Misuse: You may be held liable for misuse by unauthorized users. 

5.3 Data Accuracy and Maintenance 

  • Accurate Information: Provide accurate and current registration details. 
  • Updating Information: Update your account promptly as changes occur. 
  • Consequences: Inaccurate information may result in account suspension or termination. 

5.4 Age Requirement 

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 or your jurisdiction’s legal age. If registering for an organization, you must have the authority to do so. 
  • Minor Usage: Users under 18 need parental consent and should have their online activities monitored. 

5.5 Account Termination and Suspension 

  • Right to Terminate: LeadSmart AI can suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these terms. 
  • Account Recovery: Users may recover accounts by providing verification information, but reinstatement is not guaranteed. 

6. Fees and Payments

LeadSmart AI services require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription or paid services, you agree to the following terms: 

6.1 Payment Methods 

  • Authorized Payment Method: You authorize LeadSmart AI to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees. 
  • Account Security: Keep payment details confidential and report unauthorized use immediately. 

6.2 Subscription Fees 

  • Billing Cycle: Fees are charged monthly or annually, as indicated. 
  • Non-Refundable Fees: All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise; cancellation allows access until the end of the billing period. 
  • Trial Periods: Valid payment details are required for free trials, which convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled. 

6.3 Changes to Fees 

  • Advance Notice: Fee changes will be emailed to you. You can accept the new fees or cancel before they take effect. 

6.4 Taxes and Charges 

  • You are responsible for applicable taxes related to service use. 

6.5 Payment Failure 

  • If payment fails, you will be notified, and access may be suspended until resolved.

Your continued use of LeadSmart AI services after modifications signifies acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may terminate your account and cease using the services. 

8. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property laws protect the content, software, and features of the StreamlineREI website and LeadSmart AI platform, including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws. This section outlines ownership and restrictions regarding intellectual property.

  • Software and Code: All underlying code, algorithms, and technology are proprietary to StreamlineREI or its licensors, including any updates or modifications.
